Care Partners in Ontario is seeking a Personal Support Manager for the Quinte area to coordinate and supervise the delivery of Community Health Services. This full time role involves leading Community Support Workers, developing care plans, and collaborating with Ontario Health at Home.
You will be a registered nurse or registered practical nurse with 3–5 years of experience, valid CNO registration, and valid CPR. Travel by vehicle is required; bilingual English/French is an asset.
