As a Trainer, your role is pivotal in delivering accredited training that embodies Thunderbird's mission. You will be responsible for crafting educational content and ensuring its cultural relevance to engage diverse learning styles effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver instructional training consistent with organizational goals
Source and prepare educational materials for courses




Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback
Support development of dissemination strategies

Requirements:
Bachelor's or master's degree in relevant discipline
Two years of training or educational experience
Knowledge of First Nations traditions and ethical practices
Solid creative problem-solving skills
Excellent MS Office and digital tool proficiency
