ERSG is seeking a dedicated Tool Coordinator (TC) to support a wind site in Texas. The TC follows defined processes and procedures for safety, inventory management and documentation, with a strong focus on Construction Contractual tooling and additional tooling request. This is a long term W2 contract chance.

Responsibilities:
Maintain safety policies and environmental containment. Participate in daily safety meetings at project site. Complete monthly safety training assignments on schedule.
Manage end-to-end construction inventory and tooling movement transactions, including receiving site containers, conducting cycle counts, handling reconciliation of discrepancies, creation of Delivery Notes on all tool returns, and coordinating container returns.
Establish appropriate in office communications with customer personnel. Collaborate with technicians in execution of inventory control.
Complete transactions in a timely and accurate manner, GRing and preforming inspections of tooling live in SAP.
Perform administrative tasks related to site setup, including Tracking tools, communicating shortage list and tracking information.

Education, Training, and Skills Required:
High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelors’ degree preferred or equivalent experience




Experienced in working with SAP enterprise resource program software in role such as a dispatch / planner, stock keeper, technician, front desk function, and advanced forecasting and planning
Demonstrated ability and experience in planning, logistics, scheduling and inventory control
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Advanced PC computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel) and SAP
Approximately 90% travel required, valid driver’s license required.

Rotation: 4 days off every month with up to $500 expense reimbursement.

Compensation:
30 an hour + OT (1.5 rate)
$166 per diem- 7 days a week
