Job Overview:

We are seeking skilled Concrete Finishers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience finishing concrete in a residential setting, and be able to handle multiple units. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, with a team that works hard and cares about quality.

MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND TRANSPORTATION TO JOB SITES LOCATED IN EDMONTON AND SURROUNDING AREAS

MUST BE ABLE TO PULL BOARD AND RUN HOSE

**MUST BE ABLE TO POWER TROWEL AND HAND TROWEL

Duties:

• Place concrete with crew starting with backing up the mixer to cleaning the tools once complete
• Utilize hand tools and power trowel to finish concrete to desired finish
• Assist with prep crew when needed
• Strip forms, collect lumber, rebar, and clean sites
• Cut, install and tie rebar,
  
  
  
  Engage in heavy lifting as required
• Wear all PPE and complete tasks in a protected manor
• Utilize carpentry skills to install form work when required

Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Proven experience finishing concrete in the residential sector
• Ability to work with the team to complete all concrete related tasks
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt as weather changes
• Knowledge of different finishing techniques
• Capable of heavy lifting and physical work
• Carpentry skills that can be applied to concrete form installation
