As a Support Early Childhood Educator with the South Shore Regional Centre for Education, you will assist the Lead Early Childhood Educator to create a secure setting for preschool children. You'll play a vital role in implementing the Nova Scotia Early Learning Curriculum Framework while promoting holistic child development through exploration and social interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging, agile learning environments for all children




Collaborate with the Lead ECE on classroom routines
Deliver responsive, culturally relevant programming
Observe and document children's developmental progress
Facilitate family and community involvement in the program

Requirements:
ECE Level 2 or 3 preferred
Minimum 3 years' experience with preschool children
Valid First Aid certification
Satisfactory criminal record check
Knowledge of play-based pedagogy
