Key Responsibilities:
Execute sourcing and contracting strategies for major projects
Conduct supplier sourcing and market analysis
Evaluate and negotiate proposals for contracts

Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience
At least 6 years in relevant procurement roles
Proven experience in construction and project management
Optional SCMP, MCIPS, or ISM certification
