Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily customer inquiries via phone and email
Navigate a network of 12 plants and 2 distribution centers
Verify and enter orders accurately for timely dispatch
Communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders
Build strong customer relationships through site visits
Requirements:
Solid customer relationship-building skills
Detail-oriented with order accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in customer-facing supply chain roles preferred
College degree in a relevant field preferred
