Key Responsibilities:
Handle commercial litigation files through to resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, and affidavits
Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
Represent clients in hearings and mediations

Requirements:

Solid advocacy and drafting capabilities
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
