General Maintenance Technician (After Hours)We are seeking a General Maintenance Technician for a portfolio of multi-family communities. This is a new position with shift hours from 5:00pm - 1:00am.Reporting to an experienced property manager, the General Maintenance Technician will be responsible for all minor and major repairs of property equipment, including preventative and scheduled maintenance, and responding to emergency requests.The Technician will be a dependable individual with solid experience in all aspects of the apartment maintenance function, including basic plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and apartment turnover work. The successful candidate will possess strong communication and time management skills.ResponsibilitiesRespond to any plumbing, electrical, and appliance emergencies within the Toronto portfolioEvaluate the need for third‑party contractors when neededComplete daily repair and upkeep tasks of the properties as assignedRespond to and complete residential maintenance requestsPrepare vacant apartments through turn‑over repairs and improvementsCleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areasRemove snow near property entrances, sidewalks, and parking areasResponsible for the care, maintenance, and inventory of all supplies and equipmentMaintain a skilled appearance and attitude,
