We are looking for dedicated Health Care Aides to join our caring team. Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and providing companionship. This position allows you to build ongoing relationships with clients and deliver personalized care under oversight from a Care Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support clients with personal care and daily hygiene
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist in feeding
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Accompany clients on errands and outings
• Provide medication reminders and companionship
Requirements:
• Must hold a Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent
• CPR/First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain
• Transparent TB test or chest x-ray needed
• Able to travel around the assigned area
• Must have Internet access and mobile phone
