The successful applicant will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with the Chief Architect and Lead Developers to design and deliver cutting-edge technologies that enhance the safety and efficiency of airport operations.Key Responsibilities:Define solution requirements and specifications in collaboration with project stakeholdersInstall, configure, and test operating systems, application software, and system management tools at project sitesSupport Solution Architects in specifying system design, development, and deployment requirementsMonitor and test application performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with developers for fixesManage product requirements, prevent scope creep, and recommend Change Orders collaboratively with stakeholdersWrite and deliver technical, operational, and training documentation compliant with QA processesResearch new hardware/software solutions and methods to improve system performanceAct as an agent of change in continuous improvement initiatives and the development of formal methodologiesParticipate concurrently in multiple projects in diverse global marketsSupport ongoing and prospective sales opportunitiesJob Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, or a solid technical background delivering complex computer-based solutionsExperience in IT, Computer Systems Engineering,
