As a Seasonal Team Member at Saje, you will report directly to the Store Manager, driving our mission in-store. Your key responsibilities include delivering tailored recommendations, educating customers on natural wellness, and encouraging product usage. You’ll also contribute to a supportive team environment and work collaboratively towards reaching store goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Connect authentically with customers and provide exceptional service
• Demonstrate products both in-store and during events




• Build baskets and make personalized wellness recommendations
• Drive business results through teamwork and accountability
• Maintain a positive and inclusive work culture
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable working in a scented environment
• Solid communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven aptitude for product sales and engagement
• Flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
