We are looking for dedicated cooks at Maurizio's, Salt + Ash, Peacock, Drift, and Mystic. Your main tasks will include daily food preparation, following recipes, maintaining a clean workspace, and assisting with inventory control. Culinary creativity will be highly valued as you push boundaries in food presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform food prep as directed by chefs
• Execute accurate portion controls and plating
• Maintain cleanliness of cooking areas and equipment
• Organize and stock stations with necessary supplies
• Follow WHMIS and MSDS safety guidelines
Requirements:
• Culinary arts diploma/degree is a plus
• Minimum 2-3 years of cooking experience
• Familiarity with high-end plating and ingredients
• Strong adaptability in cooking styles
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
