You’ll work directly with the government to enhance service delivery through robust workflows and security incident management on-site five days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize Discovery schedules and maintain MID Servers
• Configure CI class structures and health metrics
• Develop and support service mapping environments
• Integrate with vulnerability scanners and SIEM tools
• Produce high-quality technical documentation and workflows
Requirements:
• Minimum five years of ServiceNow development required
• Strong JavaScript skills and familiarity with Flow Designer
• Active Government of Canada Secret clearance mandatory
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and production support
• In office work commitment in Ottawa
