The Northwest Regional Housing Authority is located in the communities of Buffalo Narrows and Ile a La Crosse and also serves the surrounding communities of Turnor Lake, St. Georges Hill and Michel village. We are currently recruiting a full time Tenant Services, Level 3 to join our team in Ile a La Crosse.

The Position:
Process housing applications, conduct income reviews, calculate rental fees, and collect rent
Prepare and explain leasing agreements and expectations of tenancy
Coordinate move-in and move-out process
Manage tenant and public inquiries, problems, complaints, and concerns
Prepare and monitor banking statements, review financial reports and investigate discrepancies

Responsibilities and Requirements:
Ability to manage stressful situations, problem solve, and manage conflict




Ability to maintain confidentiality
Solid organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Exceptional client relations skills and the ability to deal tactfully and courteously with the public

Qualifications:
Grade 12 or equivalent, familiarity with Microsoft Office, some experience in a property management workplace OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
A valid drivers license, reliable, roadworthy vehicle, and an approved Enhanced (Vulnerable Sector) criminal record check are conditions of employment
