Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome residents, visitors, and the public professionally
• Address inquiries and direct them to the right sources
• Handle phone and email communications efficiently
• Provide support with basic accounting functions
• Carry out general administrative duties and organize resident files
Requirements:
• Solid skills in MS Office, including Word and Excel
• Past experience in an office setting preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
