Your role is pivotal in training staff on company merchandising standards while maintaining a visually appealing sales setting. In addition, you will oversee seasonal changes and enhance customer experiences through strategic product placements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage stock team for efficient displays
• Foster collaboration with Store Managers for staff training
• Ensure sales-driven visual merchandising standards
• Conduct monthly and weekly store presentations
• Supervise stockroom systems and replenishment
Requirements:
• Robust fashion sense and design understanding
• Retail apparel environment experience necessary
• Ability to work a adaptable schedule, including weekends
• Proven leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and handle 25 lbs
