A typical day:
Lead daily store operations with a strong focus on merchandising standards
Oversee inventory replenishment and stock flow in a high-volume environment
Support and motivate retail team members to achieve performance goals
Organize daily priorities to ensure productive workflow and productivity
Maintain a safe, organized and customer‑ready retail environment

Successful candidates will have:




Bring a minimum of 3 years’ retail experience including 1 year in a supervisory role
Demonstrate solid merchandising and inventory management expertise
Show flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends as required
Perform physically demanding tasks consistently throughout shifts
Communicate effectively and lead teams with confidence and professionalism
