About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Provider Compensation Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations of key initiatives and programs related to provider compensation, including those under the Medical Association Agreement and for various allied health professions. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to address emerging issues, leading the implementation of informed policies and strategies, and ensuring that the refocused health system's needs are met. The Executive Director will be expected to develop strategic recommendations, provide expert advice, and maintain robust networks and relationships with complex partners. A background in public health and health systems, financial accountabilities,



and informed policy development is essential, as is experience in strategic and business planning, organizational performance management, and corporate accountability frameworks.

Applicants for this role at the company should be progressive leaders with a proven track record in senior management, particularly in the context of health workforce compensation. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the public health sector, experience in managing diverse stakeholder groups, and a successful history of addressing health workforce compensation-related issues. Extensive experience in strategic and business planning, as well as a related post-secondary education, is preferred. The role requires a leader who is adept at leading complex programs, building solid communication channels, and empowering teams to achieve operational excellence. The Executive Director will also be expected to have a successful track record of working with or for regulatory or governing bodies and an understanding of secretariat support.
