In this critical role at COTTS, you will help coordinate organizational functions across Atlin, BC and Whitehorse, YT. Your responsibilities include managing financial documentation, tracking operational priorities, and providing key support for meetings and funding proposals. Key Responsibilities:



• Collaborate with the Executive Manager on administrative processes • Maintain and organize financial records and reporting documents • Coordinate the flow of important organizational documents • Develop organized electronic filing systems for easy access • Support the scheduling and management of Directors' meetings

Requirements: • Relevant administrative experience or equivalent education • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
