You will provide significant support through EAP and counselling services to various client demographics. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver short-term counselling and EAP support
• Assess clients and formulate goal-oriented treatment plans
• Keep accurate and confidential documentation
• Comply with ethical guidelines and clinical standards
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work or Counselling Psychology
• Active registration with OCSWSSW or CRPO
• Prior counselling experience required
• Knowledge of community resources and social services
