Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage client files from start to finish
Advise clients on construction and commercial disputes
Represent clients in court and advocacy settings
Draft essential legal documents and contracts
Develop tailored litigation strategies and solutions

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of post-call experience
Active membership in the Law Society of Alberta
Solid experience in litigation and contracts
Excellent advocacy and negotiation skills
Business-minded approach to legal services
