Key Responsibilities:
Implement forward-thinking H&S; improvement programs
Coach and develop the H&S; team for optimal performance
Conduct regular workplace inspections and safety audits

Monitor and report on H&S; KPIs to senior leadership
Requirements:
Proven experience in H&S; management
