Operations & Logistics Intern — TradeSpace (Calgary)

TradeSpace is Canada's first co-warehousing company — 250+ businesses run their operations out of our three Calgary locations. That means our interns don't shadow one company; they touch dozens.

We're looking for an Operations & Logistics Intern to work alongside our logistics team on fulfillment, FF&E; (furniture, fixtures & equipment) projects, and day-to-day warehouse operations.

What you'll do
Ship, receive, and dispatch orders across multiple client accounts
Support FF&E; fulfillment and organization projects
Coordinate courier pickups and deliveries
Help with member move-ins, setup, and warehouse layout changes
Keep inventory organized and reporting accurate

What you'll learn
End-to-end logistics in a live, multi-client warehouse — not a simulation




Real fulfillment platforms, courier systems, and inventory software
How to prioritize and problem-solve when deadlines are real

Who you are
Studying Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or Operations
Reliable, organized, and eager to learn by doing
Comfortable with hands-on, physical warehouse work
A explicit communicator who can juggle a few things at once
