Support patient rehabilitation as a Physiotherapy Assistant at St. Martha's Regional Hospital in Eastern Zone. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality physiotherapy care.
This permanent full-time position involves working closely with patients and health care teams to promote health and maintain functional activity. You will implement treatment plans, conduct outcome measures, and ensure communication with physiotherapists for secure, accountable care.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing physiotherapy treatment plans
Perform standardized outcome measures for physiotherapists
Communicate frequently with patients and healthcare team members
Provide motivational support to patients during their recovery
Incorporate effective communication and critical thinking in care
Requirements:
Completed accredited Rehabilitation Assistant Program
BLS-C certification required
Solid interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of body mechanics and basic computer skills
Experience with physically or cognitively impaired persons preferred
