Pay: Hourly + commission per signup · Min. 3-hour shifts, ~twice a week, around your class schedule. Starting September.

Thryve is a study platform that helps students stay organized and turn their notes and course materials into resources that actually work. We're hiring outgoing students to bring it to their own campus.

You and a partner will work high-traffic spots on campus (libraries, student centres, cafeterias), starting quick conversations with students and getting them signed up on the spot. You may occasionally help run our campus booth, but the core of the role is being out talking to people.

What you'll do
Explain what Thryve does and get students to scan your QR code to sign up
Confirm accounts are created (that's what your commission is based on)
Hand out promo materials, answer basic questions, and pass along feedback

What we're looking for
Currently enrolled at the Wilfred Laurier University, available September–December
Comfortable approaching strangers and reliable with your shifts
Promo, sales, or club experience is a plus, not required

Paid hourly plus commission, adaptable around classes, always working with a partner, real customer-facing marketing experience with a startup.
