Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and present high-quality meals and specials
• Ensure readiness of ingredients and kitchen tools
• Monitor and assist with inventory levels for service




• Adapt quickly during busy service periods
• Work closely with the Food & Beverage team for member satisfaction
Requirements:
• At least 1 year experience in a restaurant kitchen
• Alberta Food Safety Basics certificate needed
• Strong foundational cooking skills required
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Own transportation necessary to reach the location
