This position requires an operator who can run various heavy machinery efficiently while also assisting in office. Your responsibilities will include guiding smaller teams and taking charge when the Superintendent is unavailable. Key Responsibilities:
• Operate loaders, dozers, and other equipment for excavation
• Check grades and assist with earthworks as needed
• Manage site activities and lead the crew in the Superintendent’s absence




• Participate in maintenance checks and inspections of machinery
• Carry out winter activities, including snow clearing

Requirements:
• Experienced on active commercial construction sites
• Ability to read and interpret civil blueprints
• Effective leadership skills for crew management
• Valid Class 3 or Class 1 Driver’s Licence required
• Clean driver’s abstract necessary
