Key Responsibilities:
Review and disposition non-conforming products based on DMRs
Engage in MRB discussions to present evaluations




Prepare DMRs for customer submissions when necessary
Offer technical guidance regarding engineering requirements
Identify training needs for compliance and certification

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or a relevant diploma in Engineering
Strong knowledge of aerospace engineering processes
Experience in non-conformance and MRB activities
Excellent analytical and technical documentation skills
Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
