Reporting directly to the President, you will act as a trusted business partner and actively contribute to strategic decision-making, financial performance, and process improvement initiatives. More than a traditional financial leadership position, this opportunity will allow you to influence the company’s direction and make a tangible impact on its future success.

What Awaits You
Serve as a strategic advisor to the President;
Oversee all financial and accounting activities;
Improve visibility into project profitability and performance metrics;
Optimize financial processes, management tools, and reporting practices;
Oversee cash flow management, budgeting, and financial forecasting;
Lead and develop a professional finance team;
Actively participate in growth initiatives and organizational development projects.

Profile Sought




7 to 10 years of significant experience in finance and accounting within an SME environment;
Experience in construction, infrastructure, civil engineering, manufacturing, or another project-driven industry;
CPA designation required;
Robust business acumen, entrepreneurial mindset, and hands-on approach;
Solid expertise in financial analysis, cost control, and cash flow management.
