You will oversee employees and volunteers, assess staff performance, and remain updated on emerging clinical technologies. This role emphasizes leadership in managing learning plans and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations and employee performance
• Support provincial nursing strategies and mentorship programs

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BScN, BN)
• 5+ years nursing experience in acute/community care
• Current provincial nursing registration
