• Analyze and review complaints thoroughly • Develop investigative plans based around findings • Collect and assess relevant information and documentation • Create detailed interview summaries of findings • Organize and maintain investigation records
Requirements: • Completion of a two or three-year college program • Bilingual proficiency in French/English (Level C1) • Experience in the regulatory or early childhood sector • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to remain neutral in sensitive situations
