About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly accomplished Remote Senior Project Manager to lead innovative Fintech solutions . Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategic planning and execution of complex Fintech projects from initiation to successful launch and support. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with product owners and stakeholders. Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and risks effectively within a distributed team environment. Facilitate clear and consistent communication among remote team members, stakeholders, and third-party partners using virtual platforms . Ensure adherence to stringent security, compliance, and regulatory standards prevalent in the Fintech industry .



Drive continuous improvement by conducting post-project analyses and implementing lessons learned for future initiatives. Requirements

A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management , with at least 5 years focused on Fintech or financial services technology projects. Proven success managing complex projects in a fully remote capacity . Robust understanding of financial services products, regulations, and payment systems. Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and experience with relevant project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Master's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is essential. Benefits
