About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Specialist to join their team remotely. You will analyze operational data, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve workflow and service levels. Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and manage daily logistics operations, ensuring adherence to established procedures and timelines.
- Analyze operational performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve shipping and delivery issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain operational documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs).




- Assist in the planning and execution of logistics projects to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Provide support and guidance to logistics team members as needed.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in logistics operations or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Experience with logistics management systems (LMS) or Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Excellent problem-solving and decision‑making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
