A typical day:

- Lead daily store operations with a strong focus on inventory replenishment and merchandising
- Supervise and motivate retail teams to meet productivity and performance targets
- Maintain high standards of visual presentation and stock availability
- Manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
- Support operational execution to help drive overall business growth

Successful candidates will have:





- Bring a minimum of 5 years of retail experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Demonstrate strong merchandising and inventory management expertise
- Maintain flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
- Handle physically demanding work on a consistent basis
- Pass a clean criminal background check
