About the Operations Manager Position

This is an entry-level management development opportunity with structured training provided. You will begin by learning the sales, marketing and operational sides of the business before taking on greater responsibility for campaign delivery and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Turn client objectives into explicit campaign priorities
- Coordinate team schedules, briefings and daily resources
- Support business-to-business, event and retail campaigns
- Monitor customer engagement, sales results and service standards
- Provide guidance and performance feedback to team members
- Help onboard and coach newer colleagues
- Resolve routine operational issues and communicate changes
- Maintain accurate campaign trackers and performance reports
- Share improvement ideas with senior management
