Key Responsibilities:



• Develop and assess learning solutions using diverse delivery methods • Partner with departments to identify learning needs • Leverage technology to create accessible training resources • Conduct needs assessments to inform programs • Design inclusive programs that adhere to equity standards

Requirements: • Degree in organization development or relevant field • At least five years of experience in L&D; environments • Robust proficiency in digital learning tools • Knowledge of adult learning theories • Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
