Dynacare is seeking individuals for a full time, 12-month contract as Laboratory Assistant Floats. In this role, you will excel in blood collection, patient assistance, and quality data entry. Your customer-focused attitude and expertise in phlebotomy will contribute to delivering excellent patient care and maintaining quality metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collect blood samples and specimens using venipuncture techniques
• Sort and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis
• Conduct ECGs and other patient tests as needed




• Maintain accurate records for Ministry of Health requisitions
• Ensure compliance with quality metrics and SOPs

Requirements:
• Secondary School and Lab Assistant training or MLPAO/CSMLS Certification
• Proficient in English for clear communication
• Skilled in managing anxious patients compassionately
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a deadline-oriented workplace
