We are looking for a Front of House Supervisor to join our team in the Hillside store.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:
Supervise the Customer Service Associates during their shift;
Opening, closing and cash-out duties;
May assist with training of recent associates;
Ensure an excellent customer experience;
Assist and educate customers with exceptional product knowledge;
Ensure compliance to store standards and regulatory requirements;
Implement programs and initiatives as directed by Head Office;
Other duties as required.

Qualification and Skills:




Solid customer service skills; 2+ years
Working knowledge of POS systems, Word, and Excel
Solid communication skills, time management, and problem-solving skills
Works well in a high volume retail environment
Able to perform independently as well as a team member
Strong cannabis knowledge and passion required
BC Selling it Right Certificate

Terms of Employment:
Able to work a variety of night/weekend shifts when required
Must be willing to cover shifts on short notice.
Reports to: Store Manager/Assistant Manager FOH
