Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with teams to design supportive programs
• Establish trusting relationships with at-risk youth
• Implement strategies for positive behavior reinforcement
• Document student progress and interventions
• Engage parents and community resources for student success

Requirements:
• Child & Youth Care diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years’ experience with youth
• First Aid and CPR certifications required
• Valid drivers license for student transport
• Preferred experience in educational roles
