This role requires solid customer service skills, ideally from the insurance sector, while supporting AutoPac and Personal Lines. You will engage with clients, facilitate renewals, and offer crucial product information. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist AutoPac customers with transactions and inquiries
• Provide explicit product and service information
• Quote and sell Travel Health Insurance policies




• Maintain MPI and office inventory properly
• Support administrative functions within the Personal Lines department
Requirements:
• Customer service experience in insurance preferred
• Level 1 insurance license or completion of Fundamentals of Insurance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Experience with Applied Epic and/or MPI IWS is a plus
• Robust communication skills and attention to detail
