The Behaviour Analyst plays a crucial role in developing tailored interventions that address challenging behaviours in students. This position requires a Master’s Degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis and BCBA credentials, along with team-oriented skills for working with multi-disciplinary teams. You will support staff in creating effective plans, conduct assessments, and guide training while aligning with the Division’s educational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate to create individualized behaviour plans
• Select evidence-based interventions for student needs
• Train staff on specialized programs and techniques
• Conduct comprehensive assessments for effective interventions
• Document and analyze student progress through data
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis
• Board Certified Behaviour Analyst credentials
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Advanced knowledge of behavior intervention techniques
• Familiarity with Alberta Education’s mandates
