Sephora is seeking a dedicated Asset Protection Partner with experience in loss prevention. In this full time role, you will conduct surveillance, maintain compliance with legal requirements, and report on theft incidents while educating staff on loss prevention techniques. Building relationships with local law enforcement and internal teams is key to success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct surveillance on the sales floor and via CCTV
• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Prepare theft incident reports and maintain documentation




• Assist with store self-audits and safety inspections
• Develop shrinkage prevention plans with management

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of asset protection experience
• Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
• High School diploma or equivalent required
