Anderson Family Vision Care in Selkirk is looking for a positive, friendly and dependable person to join our amazing team. Your responsibilities will include greeting and arriving patients, performing preliminary testing before seeing the doctor, fielding phone calls as well as walk-in customers and more as you are trained. If you are an energetic individual who loves to learn and are flexible in duties as well as hours this would be a plus. Previous optical experience not necessary, front desk reception skills would be an asset. Requirements of the position are as follows:

Schedule & Benefits:
Monday -Saturday - working 5 days in a week.
No Sundays
In house training.

Summary

As a Receptionist/Pre-Tester, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your core skills in Microsoft Office, data entry, and phone etiquette will be essential as you manage phone systems and assist with clerical tasks. While no prior experience is required, strong communication and computer skills are vital. Your role will support the smooth operation of our eye care clinic, contributing to a positive experience for our customers and enhancing the overall efficiency of our team.

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
