• Define project scope and manage stakeholder expectations • Implement process improvements and lead agile projects • Track and report on project progress and risks • Facilitate debriefs and ongoing refinement of processes • Support team training for new tools and initiatives

Requirements: • 3+ years of project management experience and a relevant Bachelor’s degree • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Passion for evangelism and community outreach • Experience in non-profit organizations preferred
