Dental Practice Manager

A well-established and growing dental clinic in Northern Ontario is looking for an experienced Dental Practice Manager who is a strong leader, highly organized, and passionate about creating an exceptional patient and team experience.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, developing people, improving processes, and helping a dental practice reach its full potential. Relocation support/bonus is available for the right candidate who is willing to relocate.
What Your Job Looks Like
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental practice, including scheduling, patient flow, inventory, and front/back-office coordination
Lead, coach, and support the administrative team while creating a culture of accountability, teamwork, and service excellence
Monitor practice performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and patient experience
Work closely with dentists and the clinical team to optimize scheduling, treatment coordination, and overall practice flow
Help build a positive, high-performing team and contribute to the continued growth of the practice
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience managing a dental practice
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate,
and develop a team
Knowledge of dental regulatory, privacy, and infection control requirements
A patient-first mindset with strong customer service skills
Someone who takes initiative, solves problems, and is comfortable taking ownership
