About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Property Management to join its Executive Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be a strategic and people-focused leader, responsible for setting the strategic direction of the property management portfolio, strengthening financial and operational performance, and leading digital and policy transformation. This role requires a senior executive with a proven track record in property management or real estate operations, including experience in multi-property portfolios, financial performance, and organizational change.



The Vice President will work closely with the President & CEO and other senior leaders to drive the company's mission and values, and will be expected to lead with integrity, respect, and a focus on community and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Property Management include leading a portfolio-wide strategy, financial performance management, coaching and mentoring senior leaders, and ensuring the implementation of standardized policies and procedures across all property management divisions. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field, and at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience. They should be a cooperative executive, a confident change leader, and a committed coach and mentor. Experience with enterprise property-management systems, digital transformation, and a solid understanding of building systems, facilities management, and capital planning are essential. The role also requires a valid driver's license and the ability to travel regularly.
