The team at Elles Birch Dental office located in Scarborough, Ontario are looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Receptionist on a full-time basis.

The ideal Dental Receptionist for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

SCHEDULE

• 40-44 hours per week
• Morning/evening shift- Saturday compulsory (9-4 pm)
• 5 Days of the week

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 6 months to 1 year of experience is required as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
