As a Dishwasher reporting to the Culinary Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen while loading and operating dishwashers. Key Responsibilities:
• Load, operate, and empty dishwashers efficiently
• Maintain clean work areas including stoves and grills
• Damp mop floors to ensure safety and cleanliness
• Clean additional kitchen equipment as needed
• Attend training and staff meetings for continuous improvement
Requirements:
