As a Head Lifeguard, your main focus will be managing daily aquatic operations while directly supporting your team. You will reinforce lifeguarding standards and engage with customers to create a secure, organized environment. - Lead and supervise aquatic operations during shifts
- Provide coaching and support for instructors
- Monitor safety protocols and communicate risks

- Assist with administrative tasks related to lessons Requirements:
- Current National Lifeguard certification needed
- Intermediate First Aid and CPR‑C/AED certifications
- At least 2 years of aquatics experience
